Report # 4200 074a Date: 14/6/01 Status: Anticipates plenty of work over the coming year. The Environmental Group is a large Waste/ Water and environmental projects company. The company owns the exclusive licence for the Jameson Cell Induced Air Flotation (IAF) technology. They have recently won a contract for the Wagga City Council for a polished effluent system and are also working on another IAF plant in Wangaratta, Victoria. The group has also recently bought out a number of smaller environmental companies throughout Australia. Today we contacted one of the company`s Project Managers, Steve Szymanek, who was appreciative of our call. Szymanek said he has just finished placing orders for some Hopper Tanks, Fibreglass Tanks, Control Panels and Instrumentation for the Wagga project (mentioned above). Having said that however Szymanek said he would be keen to see what is available in NZ as far as environmental and waste/water equipment is concerned.
